The recent Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, which implemented Directive (EU) 1937/2019 (the so-called Whistleblowing Directive), has extended the obligation to establish secure internal channels for reporting wrongdoing, by persons authorised to do so, to all companies in the private sector.

The Company, in compliance with the provisions of the above-mentioned legislation, has activated an internal reporting channel which, through a specific IT platform, allows the sending of reports, even anonymously.

The platform guarantees, through encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter, of the Person Involved and of the person mentioned in the Report, as well as of the content of the Report and of the related documentation, in full compliance with the current privacy legislation (GDPR).
