Yes, all our products are new and authentic. We are official resellers of all the brands available on our site. All products are complete with labels and original packaging.

If a size is not currently available, it means it is sold out and, at this time, we cannot predict whether there will be a restocking during the season.

We ship worldwide with UPS. Times and costs vary based on the country of shipment.

Yes, you can choose between different shipping methods during checkout.
In addition to home delivery, in-store pickup is also available by selecting the Anna Virgili store closest to you from those available.
The service is FREE and does not include additional shipping costs.
As soon as your order is available for pickup, you will receive an email notification and an update will also be visible in your personal account.

Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. We invite you to carefully check the contents of the cart before proceeding to payment. For any need or report, you can still contact us through the Contact section of the site.

No, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated.

The courier we use is UPS and we ship to Italy in 24-48 hours with express delivery, and outside Italy in 4/7 working days.
In Italy, shipping costs €7 for orders under €150 and is free for orders equal to or greater than €150. For international shipping, costs start at €12.

No, you do not need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically generated and associated with your email. Your orders, personal data and shipping addresses are stored here. To log in, visit the Login section and enter your email. You will receive an OTP via email to enter to access your personal area.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment via the courier's website or the link provided. Alternatively, you can always monitor the status of the shipment from your personal area .
Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.
Here's how the process works:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you want to request a return. You can also make a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.
- Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
- Receive the return shipping label via email (if you are requesting a return from Italy).
- Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
- Return the package: You can drop it off at a FedEx drop-off point, or book a home collection via the official FedEx platform at this link. After the return request is accepted and you receive the prepaid shipping label, you have 7 days to hand over the package to the courier.
Online Returns Outside Italy. If you are requesting a return from abroad, once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then ship the package independently to our headquarters at the following address: ANNA VIRGILI SRL /Contrada San Giovanni snc, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – Italia. You can use the courier of your choice, provided the shipment is traceable and the service provider gives you a tracking number.

Return period: the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The package must also be handed over to the courier within 7 days of the return request being approved.
Product conditions: the product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.

Once we receive the product (online procedure or at Anna Virgili point of sale), we reserve 3–7 working days to approve the refund. The amount will then be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase.

You can return your items directly to one of our Anna Virgili stores. Consult our store search engine to find the store closest to you. Upon arrival at the store, a sales assistant will check the general conditions of the product to ensure it complies with the return policies.
To make a return, you will simply need to:
- show up in store within 14 days of receiving your order
- bring two paper copies of your order confirmation with you
Both copies will be signed and stamped by the store : one will be kept for you as a receipt, the other will be retained by the store as confirmation of the return and acceptance.

ONLINE RETURN (If you are requesting a return from Italy): The procedure has a fixed cost of €7.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
RETURN TO AN ANNA VIRGILI STORE: The procedure is FREE and has no cost. The full amount of your order will be refunded.
*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be fully refunded, except in the case of a partial return. In the latter case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep, following the instructions in the Returns & Refunds section .
