The recent Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, which implemented Directive (EU) 1937/2019 (the so-called Whistleblowing Directive), extended the obligation to establish secure internal channels for reporting wrongdoing, by authorised persons, to all private sector companies.

The Company, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, has activated an internal reporting channel that, via a specific IT platform, allows reports to be sent, including anonymously.

The platform uses encryption tools to ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter, the Involved Person, and any person mentioned in the Report, as well as the content of the Report and related documentation, in full compliance with current privacy legislation (GDPR).
