We offer a variety of delivery options to meet every customer's needs: from home delivery to in-store pickup.
Each order is carefully managed by our team and monitored at every stage, from confirmation to delivery.

Order Management

You don't need to create an account manually to purchase: when you place your first order, the system will automatically generate an account associated with your email address, which will store your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses. You can access your personal area at any time via the OTP you'll receive via email.

Orders are processed in Italy within 48 working hours of receipt, subject to item availability and payment.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
Once an order for available products has been confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Anna Virgili reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

Shipping methods

Italy

Shipments are made via UPS courier, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

At checkout you can choose from the following options:

1. HOME DELIVERY

Delivery Time: Express Delivery within 24–48 hours.
Cost: €7.00 for orders under €150.00. FREE for orders over €150.00.
You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

2. COLLECT IN THE ANNA VIRGILI STORE

Delivery Time: Express Delivery within 24–48 hours.
Cost: FREE.
Upon collection, you will be asked to sign a paper copy of the order confirmation to guarantee delivery.

The time frames indicated above may be extended for Sardinia, Sicily and other islands.

We ship worldwide via UPS. Delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days.

Important note: For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the courier according to local regulations.

Shipment Tracking

An estimated delivery date will be provided when you order.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the UPS portal where you can track its progress.
You can always track the status of your shipment from your personal area.

Reception and complaints

We encourage you to always check the integrity of your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, please accept it with reservations, notifying the courier.
Signing with reservations allows you to file a claim even in the event of non-visible damage. Without reservations, we will not be able to process reports or requests for reimbursement.

Failure to deliver

By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with Anna Virgili and undertakes to accept the delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, absence, failure to collect), the order will be returned to the sender.
In this case, shipping and return costs and, if applicable, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
