Returns & Refunds
Purchasing on Anna Virgili is simple, safe and flexible. For this reason we have defined a clear and intuitive return procedure, which can be managed independently online or directly in the store.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
ONLINE RETURN VIA YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT
If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.
Here's how the procedure works:
- Log in to your personal account .
- Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also make a partial return, selecting only some of the products contained in the order.
- Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
- Receive your return shipping label by email.
- Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
- Return the package: you can take it to a UPS Access Point, or book home collection via the official UPS platform at this link.
Once we receive the package, we reserve 3–7 working days to verify its conditions and approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Timings and conditions - Online Return
Return period: the request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product Condition: The product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.
Costs: Fixed cost of €5.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*Note: The amount of shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of partial return. In this latter case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
RETURN TO STORE
As an alternative to online returns, you can return your items directly to one of our Anna Virgili stores.

Upon arrival at the store, a sales assistant will check the general conditions of the product to ensure it complies with the return policies.
To make a return, you will simply need to:
- show up in store within 14 days of receiving your order
- bring two paper copies of your order confirmation with you
Both copies will be signed and stamped by the store : one will be kept for you as a receipt, the other will be retained by the store as confirmation of the return and acceptance.
Once we receive the product, we reserve 3–7 working days to approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return period: the item must be returned to the store within 14 days from the delivery date
Product Condition: Must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging
Costs: no costs – returns to the store are FREE.

Exchanges
At the moment we do not offer the possibility of making direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and proceed with the return of the item you do not intend to keep, following the procedures indicated on this page.
